Refund & Returns Policy

At Laura Wildish we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return your item, please email us on: laura@laurawildish.com within 10 days of you receiving your item(s) with your order number and reason for return.

UK Returns

PLEASE NOTE: we do not cover or reimburse the postage of returns this is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returns are sent registered post and do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items while they're in transit.

We ask that you return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt and the goods are in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging and with the invoice as proof of purchase.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Please note returns may take up to 14 business days to process. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase within 10 business days after receiving your item. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement after the refund has been made.

If the product is returned and is damaged in any way, or returned without all of the original packaging or returned after more than 14 days, you will not be eligible for a refund

Please note any products you intend to return are your responsibility until they reach us, always retain the proof of postage.

Laura Wildish is not obliged to offer a refund or replacement item without proof of purchase, or photographic proof of a damaged item.

International Returns
